    definitely burnt the roof of my mouth this is basically made w 2 key ingredients: egg + squash (plus seasoning. i really like adding @avogeluk_health herbamare to everything for quick extra flavour) - you can use any squash, i prefer butternut. i also added 1 tsp baking soda - helps it get more fluff RECIPE: half a medium butternut squash and bake in a preheated oven at 200C/ 390F (fan) or until super soft and scoopable remove seeds then scoop out the insides and place in pan on medium-high heat. mix in salt and pepper to taste with 1/2 tsp garlic powder. in a large bowl whisk 8 eggs, season w salt, pepper and 1 tsp baking soda then pour on top of the squash place in the oven to bake for 20 mins. slice AND ENJOYY
